Q: Can you offer an alternative to Sweet Almond Oil as the carrier oil?

A: I can use an alternative carrier oil on request.  This may increase the price of the rollerball depending on which carrier oil is chosen.

Q: Can I use the rollerballs if I am pregnant?

A: It is not recommended during the first term of pregnancy.  After this term it would be wise to check with your Midwife or Doctor.

Q: Where should I apply my rollerball?

A: All the rollerballs can be applied to the soles of the feet (the blend will be absorbed quickly into your bloodstream within about 20 minutes) and to your pulse points; wrists, temples and nape of neck. 

Q: Are these pure and organic?

A: Yes, I only use pure organic essential oils in all of my blends.

Q: Do you offer a refill service?

A: Yes, I do.

Q: Can these be used on children?

A: Yes, they can but I would not recommend using them on babies without first checking with a medical practitioner.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How much is shipping?

A: All products are posted within 3-5 business days by second class Royal Mail post. The cost of postage is £3.49. Alternatively, you can arrange pick up if you are in the Alnwick area which is local to me.

Q: Can I collect my order locally?

A: You can arrange to pick up your order if you are in the Alnwick area which is local to me. Just choose this option at checkout and I’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time for us both.

 

 

RETURN & REFUNDS

Q: What happens if I no longer want my order?

A: I am unable to accept returns or exchanges but if you do have a problem with an order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
