Lavender Package

This lovely lavender package includes the following:
 
A lavender sleep pillow
A lavender Head Ease rollerball
A lavender pillow spray
A bag of organic lavender flowers
 
Head Ease rollerball can help soothe your headache.  Lavender combined with the cooling effect of peppermint oil might help ease the tension that a headache can bring.  Rolled on the back of the neck this can help you relax and combined with deep breathing may reduce the usual headache symptoms.
 
Some people just find the scent and sensation of a rollerball are comforting in themselves.  
 
This is homemade by me in a 10 ml glass rollerball.  It contains Sweet Almond Oil which acts as a carrier oil and is blended with pure natural organic essential oils; Lavender Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil, Peppermint Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil and Frankincense Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil.
 
This rollerball can be applied to your wrists, temples, behind your ears and on the soles of your feet.  Oils applied to your feet are absorbed into your blood stream much more quickly than other parts of your body.  For best results apply this at any time you need it but it is very effective rolled on your temples before going out into the fresh air.
 
Lavender pillow spray - A natural and pure Lavender Pillow Spray. Lightly mist on your pillow, bedding, in the air or even on your PJs just before bed. Do not ingest.
 
Lavender eye pillow - this gentle, long-lasting eye pillow can help soothe tired eyes and calm an anxious mind. Filled with linseed and dried organic lavender leaves.
 
You can heat the eye pillow in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds (check after 15 seconds) or cool it in the freezer for at least 2 hours for added relief. Be sure not to overheat the eye mask to avoid burns.  
 
To maintain the scent longer, store eye pillows in a re-sealable plastic bag and shake to freshen and re-distribute the filling.
 
This package also includes a small organza bag filled with organic lavender flowers.  This can be used in your tumble drier, in your lingerie drawers or as a car air freshener.
