Sleep Tight Rollerball

This rollerball is designed to be used as part of your bedtime routine to help you relax and to ease your body into a calm state ready to sleep and forget the worries of the day. Some people just find the scent and sensation of a rollerball are comforting in themselves.
 
This is homemade by me in a 10 ml glass rollerball. It contains Sweet Almond Oil which acts as a carrier oil and is blended with pure natural organic essential oils; Tangerine Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil, Frankincense Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil and Bergamot Pure Natural Organic Essential Oil.
 
Alternatively, if you have an allergy to Sweet Almond Oil I can use a different carrier oil by request.  Depending on which carrier oil is selected as an alternative this may sometimes affect the cost of the rollerball.
 
This rollerball can be applied to your wrists and the soles of your feet. Oils applied to your feet are absorbed into your blood stream much more quickly than other parts of your body. For best results apply this at bedtime.  If you wake during the night then re-apply to your wrists.
